Security in Tradeification
How we protect your account – and how you help protect it yourself.
Remember
Tradeification will never ask you for:
- your password
- a one-time code (2FA)
- card or payment details
- or to install software via chat
1. Protect your account
- Use a unique, strong password (at least 12 characters) that you do not reuse elsewhere.
- Manage your password and account security under Settings → Account. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is coming in a future update. Until then, we recommend a unique password.
- Never log in via links in email or chat. Instead, open Tradeification directly in the app or type the address yourself.
2. Protect yourself against fraud
We will never ask you to share your password, one-time codes, or payment details – regardless of contact method. If anyone claims to represent Tradeification and asks for sensitive details, report it directly to us.
3. Fake accounts
Official trader setups are always published with a verified TRADER account as the source in Hub and the feed. If you suspect someone is impersonating a trader — use the report button.
4. External links and files
Do not click unknown links or download unknown files from members you do not know. Tradeification never uploads executable files to chat.
5. Report a security issue
Do you suspect someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, or do you want to report a security issue? Contact us at support@tradeification.com. We prioritise security matters and normally respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
